Organic goat's and sheep's milk cheeses | Rossinière

The Le Sapalet cheese dairy uses the morning and evening milk from its goats and ewes to make its fresh and ripened speciality cheeses, and other organic dairy products. It also sells mutton products, as well as deli meats made from pigs reared on the family farm.
