L’Etivaz AOP ripening cellars | L'Etivaz

L’Etivaz is the name of the alp cheese with the protected designation of origin label (AOP) and the village where the golden rounds are ripened. Through exhibitions, cheese tastings and a tour of the ripening cellars, the Maison de l'Etivaz takes visitors on a journey through the fascinating world of this speciality cheese. Around 450 tonnes (19,000 rounds) of L'Etivaz cheese are sold in Switzerland and abroad every year.
