La Cuchaule AOP | Grandvillard

Cuchaule, a saffron brioche, used to be made during the Bénichon period. The Oberson bakery in Grandvillard, winner of several gold medals from the Interprofession de la Cuchaule AOP, now makes it all year round. During the Bénichon festival, it is served with butter and Bénichon mustard.
