Organic beef | Alpage Le Pralet, Charmey

Pascal Tercier raises beef cattle on his farm in Charmey. In summer, he drives his herd of Hinterwald suckler cows up to the high alpine pastures. After two summers in the mountains, the cattle are sent to a local abattoir for processing. Le Pralet's organic beef is also Bio Suisse-certified.
