Organic beef | Les Moulins

Steeve and Caroline Daenzer rear Salers beef cattle. In summer, they drive their herd up to the high mountain pastures in Les Mosses. The couple entrusts a local abattoir in the village of Les Moulins with the production of their organic Ferme de la Rosette meat products. Alongside their fresh and processed beef products, the Daenzers also sell fresh pork and lamb, as well as other farm produce.
